Q: What kind of pens do you recommend?
A: Since this is a vinyl material you will want to steer clear of any type of gel inks as they will smear. I personally love writing with anything permanent, such as the Pilot Ultra Fine Permanent, Microperm .03 or Sharpie Ultra Fine Permanent Marker (not pen). You can also choose to use a ballpoint pen. I really like the Pilot Opt. and Pentel RSVP.
Q: When is my order going to ship?
A: Everything is made to order. Typical turnaround time is 4-6 business days although that is always subject to change depending on order volumes, sales or special events. Prior to placing your order you will be able to see current processing times in your cart.
Q: I'm international, how long is shipping and will there be a customs charge?
A: International orders can take up to a month to receive. USPS says it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks but I have had packages take longer. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Please take this processing time into consideration before ordering. Fees incurred such as duties and taxes are out of my control and are your responsibility.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I wish I could say yes but unfortunately due to time restraints I’m currently unable to do any custom requests, color tweaks or text edits.
Q: I have a question about my order.
A: Click 'Get in touch' on the bottom of the screen and send me a message! :) If you ordered through Etsy, please contact me directly through Etsy's messaging system.
Q: Are your stickers matte? Repositionable? Glossy?
A: All stickers are printed on a matte, repositionable vinyl adhesive. While it is a matte vinyl there will be a nice sheen to the material due to the ink/material.
Q: When will you respond to my email?
A: Customer service hours are 8-3pm PST 7 Monday-Friday. Messages are returned in the order they are received within 24 hours. If for any reason you did not receive a response please kindly message me again just in case the first email didn't make it through. :)
Q: What about returns?
A: Of course I want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you aren't please message me and we can work something out. I try my best to describe the items, but please note that colors may display differently depending on your screen. Refunds are not available for lost packages, if you fail to put the correct address or just simply change your mind. All sales final. :)
Q: What if I'm a part of the EU?
A: As of July 1st, 2021, the European Union (EU) is making changes to tax regulations for eCommerce purchases. These changes include the elimination of minimum sales thresholds and updated value-added tax (VAT) rates.
